Hello visitor,

We are very happy that quite a few visitors on our website come from abroad (the Netherlands, the US, France, the UK, Spain, Germany, Mali, Mexico, Luxembourg, …) and we felt we owe it to you to give some information on De TamTamClub in English.

De TamTamClub is a non-profit organisation, whose aim it is to share our enthusiasm and love for percussion and the African and other foreign cultures in general with you. Our main activity is to give weekly djembé and doundoun lessons and introductory or advanced workshops, but we also wish to organise and support other related workshops.

On “nieuwtjes”, which is the home page, we announce all kinds of interesting events and give information about concerts, workshops etc.

On “lesdata” you will find calendars with the dates on which our weekly lessons are held and information on the teachers. Any visitor is welcome to come and have a look (or play along) during our weekly lessons.
On “foto’s en reisverhalen” we put lots of pictures taken during workshops, training holidays in and out of Africa, our yearly closing performance at the school, concerts and such.
